Project Description

Atlantic Heights is a high-end residential development in Weston-super-Mare comprising 18 luxury apartments, including a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom residences together with premium penthouse accommodation.

The scheme was designed to provide modern coastal living with a high-quality specification throughout, requiring carefully coordinated building services solutions to suit both the architectural design intent and residential end-user expectations.

CBS Role

CBS Engineering were appointed by Orb Mechanical & Electrical, acting as the MEP subcontractor to PG Construction Management, to undertake the MEP design from RIBA Stage 3 through to Stage 5.

The commission included the detailed design and coordination of building services installations for all apartments, together with technical support throughout the construction phase.
