In 17 years at NG Bailey & Co Ltd Paul worked his way up from Electrical Apprentice to Operations Manager.

In 2012 he and his fellow Directors formed CBS Consultants to provide a building services consultancy service covering all areas of mechanical and electrical design, commissioning and maintenance.
