Joel joined CBS Engineering in 2025 as a Mechanical Design Engineering Apprentice. He is undertaking his HNC in Building Services Engineering at Bath College while gaining practical experience within the CBS mechanical design team. His role focuses on supporting the production of design documentation, drawings, and system layouts across a range of live projects.

Although at the beginning of his career, Joel brings a strong academic foundation and a clear commitment to developing his skills in building services engineering. He is recognised for his methodical approach, willingness to learn, and growing confidence in applying engineering principles to real-world challenges.

Outside of work, Joel is an active footballer and plays for Hengrove Athletic in the Jewson Western League Division 1.
