Freddie joined CBS Engineering in 2025 as an Electrical Design Engineering Apprentice, shortly after completing his A Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology. He is now undertaking his HNC in Building Services Engineering at Bath College, combining academic study with practical experience alongside the CBS electrical design team.

His role involves supporting senior engineers in the development of electrical design documentation and layouts, while steadily building knowledge of industry standards and best practices. Freddie has quickly established himself as an enthusiastic and proactive team member, with a strong commitment to learning and developing the technical skills required for a career in building services engineering.

Outside of work, Freddie is a keen sportsman. He plays rugby for Old Reds 2nd and 3rd teams, with aspirations of progressing to the 1st team, and is also a dedicated Bristol City FC season ticket holder.
