Supporting All RIBA Stages

We work with clients throughout the entire RIBA Plan of Work, but our core involvement with client based roles is from:

• Stage 1: Preparation and Brief
  Helping define project needs, sustainability goals, and compliance criteria.

• Stage 2: Concept Design
  Providing early technical advice, reviewing feasibility, and aligning strategic objectives.

• Stage 3: Spatial Coordination

From Stage 4 onwards, CBS continues to offer flexible support where needed, including contractor liaison, technical reviews, site monitoring, and handover support.
