Ashley is a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer at CBS Engineering, with a strong technical foundation developed through a building services design apprenticeship and hands-on project experience. He contributes across all stages of design, supporting the delivery of practical, well-coordinated mechanical solutions.

Having completed his apprenticeship with Hydrock (now Stantec), Ashley developed a solid grounding in mechanical building services design, working within multi-disciplinary teams and gaining experience across a range of project types. He brings a practical, detail-focused approach to design, with a clear understanding of how drawings and calculations translate into buildable solutions.

Alongside his role at CBS Engineering, Ashley is continuing his academic development through part-time study, further strengthening his technical knowledge as he progresses his career. He is a committed and capable engineer, and a valued member of the design team.
